Pavilion is committed to ensuring every purchase meets your expectations. Our Return Policy works hand-in-hand with our Buyer Protection guarantee.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may return an item within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item does not match the listing description
- The item's condition is materially different from what was disclosed
- The item was damaged during shipping
- The item is defective (unless sold as "for parts" or "salvage")
2. HOW TO RETURN
a) Open a return request through your Pavilion account
b) Select the reason for return
c) Provide photos if the item's condition differs from the listing
d) Wait for seller response (sellers have 48 hours to respond)
e) If approved, ship the item back using the provided return label
3. REFUNDS
- Full refunds are issued when items don't match their listing description
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of return receipt
- Original shipping costs are refunded if the return is due to seller error
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
4. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Items listed as "salvage" or "for parts" (unless significantly misrepresented)
- Items damaged by the buyer after receipt
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Custom or personalized items
5. BUYER PROTECTION
Every purchase on Pavilion is covered by our Buyer Protection guarantee. If a seller refuses a valid return or is unresponsive, Pavilion will step in to ensure a fair resolution.
6. SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES
Sellers must:
- Respond to return requests within 48 hours
- Accept returns for items that don't match the listing
- Provide return shipping labels when the return is due to seller error
